About Us

We believe the best gym has no walls.

It started with a sunrise swim and a question: why does fitness have to feel like punishment?

Open Water Swimming was born from a simple observation: the most committed swimmers we know are the ones having the most fun. They are not training for the Olympics. They are showing up at the lake before work, swimming a steady kilometre, and starting their day feeling completely alive.

We built this resource for adults who want a real workout without the gym culture. People who prefer treading through a misty lake over counting reps under fluorescent lights. Swimmers who care about their pace but never lose sight of the fact that this is supposed to feel good.

Our workout schedules are designed to be flexible, progressive, and genuinely enjoyable. Whether you swim twice a week or five times, whether you are just getting comfortable in open water or you have been at it for years, everything here is built around one principle: swim with purpose, but swim with joy.

What We Stand For

Joy First

If it does not feel good, you will not keep doing it. Every workout we design starts with the question: will this make someone want to come back tomorrow?
